Cleo Prickett offers free shipping & returns for customers in Ireland, customers have 14 days to return an item and will be offered a full refund or exchange, once the item is received back in its original condition.

For customers in the Uk and Europe, we charge a flat fee of €15.00 for UK and €20.00 for EU delivery, for returns we currently only offer an exchange. The item must be sent back by recorded post or courier and once the item is received back in its original condition we will send out your selected new item free of delivery charge. All orders over €500.00 for UK & EU will be given free delivery.

For all other countries outside of Ireland, Uk and Europe we charge a flat fee of €40.00 for delivery, for returns for these countries, we currently only offer exchanges. The item must be sent back by recorded post or courier and once the item is received back in its original condition we will send out your selected new item free of delivery charge.

Customs & Duty

For countries with customs and duty, these charges will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. 

For Made to Order items we ask customers to allow 3-4 weeks for delivery and we only offer exchanges on items that are returned. Same T&C’s apply for returning a made to order item. Any bespoke orders where there is any change in measurements or fabrics are final sale with no returns.

All sale or discounted are exchange only and has same T&C’s apply for returning any item.

We use Dpd and An Post for deliveries, for deliveries outside of Europe we use DHL.

Terms & Conditions for Returns

To request a return in Ireland please download and fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We will then provide you with a label, where you can then drop your package off at An Post. For customers outside Ireland, please request at return through below form and we will be in touch. Please return item within 14 days, otherwise they will not be accepted. 

Any purchases made have 14 days to return the item to be entitled to a full refund. After 14 days you will only be entitled to a credit note. No returns are allowed after 28 days. For international returns, as long as the item is recorded as returned within 14 days we will allow some limited extra time for the item to arrive back.

All returns will be inspected thoroughly and will not be accepted if they are worn or damaged in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in its original condition. For all customers outside of Ireland please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, on return we require it to be sent by recorded post, as we will not take any responsibility for loss or damage while the item is being returned. For these exchanges, we will send the new order out free of charge.
